My name is Supriya Gurung. I was born and raised in Nepal then moved to Hong
Kong with my family in 2005.
I have a BA from the University of Wollongong and, while I was an undergraduate student, I used to be a part-time tutor. Since then, I have been eager to pursue my career as a teacher as I have always been fond of children throughout my student life. I have also participated in various volunteering services to support children’s education and growth in achieving their potential.
Social culture around us changes rapidly in every aspect, such as technology and lifestyle. As a teacher, it is my goal to educate students to learn and adapt to these cultural changes in an ethical manner and be caring global citizens.
Before coming to HKCA Po Leung Kuk School, I worked in various primary schools and so I am delighted to join this school to share my knowledge and experiences
of working with children.
